3 ripe bananas 200 gr all-purpose flour 150 gr butter 100 gr sugar 20 gr brown sugar 2 eggs 1 packet of vanilla baking powder ½ packet of baking powder 100 gr chocolate chips ½ lemon
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C/375°F (fan).
Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and mash them with lemon juice.
Mix Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, add the sugars to the melted butter and whisk well.
Add Ingredients: Add egg yolks, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix in the banana puree and chocolate chips, then fold in the flour.
Beat Egg Whites: Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the main batter.
Bake: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Decorate with a sliced banana and chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 60 minutes.Cool and Serve: Let the banana bread rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
