Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
When the olive oil is hot, brown the chicken breasts on both sides.
Once the chicken is golden brown on both sides, remove the chicken breasts.
In the same pot, add the potatoes and rosemary.
Bake in the oven at 180℃/375℉ for 15-20 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the sauce.
In a bowl, combine oil, paprika, honey, vinegar, classic mustard, and Dijon mustard.
Mix the sauce well with a whisk and set aside.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the green beans and chicken breasts to the same pot.
Add all the sauce to the pot and mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180℃/375℉ for 20 minutes with the lid on.
Finish cooking for another 10 minutes without the lid.
Serve directly from the pot to the table or on a large plate.
