Zucchini Turkey Roll
Zucchini and turkey, a perfect combination to create your favorite roll.

- 1 green zucchini
- 1 yellow zucchini
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 6 turkey slices
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 tsp mustard
Preheat the oven to 180C/375F.
Slice the zucchini into rounds with the help of a mandoline.
Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of parchment paper.
Spread the cream cheese over half of the puff pastry.
Add the basil.
Add a layer of zucchini alternating between yellow and green zucchini slices.
Spread some mustard.
Place the turkey slices.
Add the last layer of zucchini.
Shape the roll using the parchment paper.
Seal the roll well and let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Brush a beaten egg over the roll using a kitchen brush.
Add some flakes of salt.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Once cooked, let the roll rest for about ten minutes.
