- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 red onion
- 150 gr feta cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Using a mandoline, thinly slice the cucumber.J
Julienne the red onion.
In a pot with high sides, cook the sliced red onion with white vinegar over medium heat.
